This very well cared for 243 (with tower) is an excellent example of a top tier classic bay boat. Riding on a 2019 aluminum AMERA TRAIL trailer with 5 brand new Goodyear Endurance tires, she is ready to hook up to your truck and head out on your next adventure.
   Turn Key ready.  The white color matched 300hp Yamaha outboard motor just had full 1000 hour service (including serpantine belt) - now with 1036 hours.  If you are fishing shallow use the Atlas Jackplate for skinny water and the two (2) PowerPoles to stick to your spot.  Cruising a shoreline or sitting over a reef is when the Minnkota 36V Riptide trolling motor (‘spot lock’) comes into play.  After a day of fishing plug in the on-board battery charger to top off the three TM deep cycle batteries.
If your adventure is near shore, spotting Cobia, Tarpon or Tripletail - climb into the tower for the best view.  The upper station is fully equipped. New Garmin 943, stainless steering wheel, controls for music, trim tabs and with a button push transfer binnacle control to the electronic Yamaha controls.  Its also easy to insert your Taco outriggers if you decide to run offshore.  Seat is actually quite comfortable and the view outstanding.
Look at a dozen 24’ bay boats and the layout is cookie cutter.  A forward step casting platform,  hidden rod storage under the forward seating, a forward bait well in deck and removable seat cushions for days with the family.  All on this boat, plus low profile white powder coated safety rail, nav lights are LED, curtesy lights are LED, forward mid-ship and aft stainless cleats, forward LED spreader light, a couple of JL speakers and enough stainless drink holders. The forward seat cushions are stored inside (almost like new), the combing pads in good share for their age.   Bay boat deck layouts are very similar - fit and finish, extra touches done right - set an Everglades apart from the run of the mill 24’ bay boats. 
In the shade of the hardtop is your helm. New Garmin 8612XSV (linked to Reactor 40 Auto Pilot), updated software V31.20,  Garmin VHF200, Fusion stereo, rocker switches for Lenco trim tabs, lighted buttons for accessories, Stainless steering wheel Yamaha Optimis steering, Compass, PowerPole module, LED overhead lighting, LED cockpit spreader light.  Bolster stand up helm seating ‘rolls’ forward to become a full seat for two.  All the metal work is white powder coated and shows almost no scratches, cancer, bubbling and all that stuff you see on lesser quality builds.  Cushions in good shape for their age.  Above on the color matched fiberglass hardtop are 4 rod holders. In the cockpit, under gunnel horizontal rod storage, outlets for electric reels (not tested and owner never used). Added 3 tulips rod holders and custom starboard hook keeper create the rocket launcher.  Slide out for cooler under seat (no cooler). Aggressive non-skid Everglades is known for.   Multiple in gunnel trolling rod holders, 15 degree for use with outriggers, and on each side a drink holder/rod holder combo in gunnel.  Your buddies will appreciate that you will have enough rod holders and drink holders.  
       With the jump seats closed you have a large aft casting deck with a live well centered. Or open the seats for a family adventure, climb high in the tower and search for scollops, use both power poles to hold the spot and bring your catch aboard with a built in fold up boarding ladder. Rinse the salt off with fresh water shower and if it gets too hot, the fresh water misters work!  (Yes, this boat has been well cared for!) In the evening enjoy the bright glow at your dock from the LED underwater  lights.
